Prison Island

Prison Island is a small island off the coast of Stone Town. It takes around 25 mins by local boat riding from the Stone Town beach. If you would like to snorkel, the boat will take you few meters off shore to a small area if corals. It is a good place for peacefully relax or sunbath. The biggest attraction is no doubt, the colony of Giant Tortoises.
